Yoga helps to improve flexibility, balance, stability and strength. It can also help promote a sense of wellbeing and an enhanced quality of life. This is a traditional Hatha yoga class for members of Plymouth U3a, suitable for all abilities and concentrating on strengthening poses and focused breathing.
