Meditation is about being in control of your mind and body. It promotes relaxation and good health. There are many forms of meditation and this class will give you a foundation to work on to enable you to move forward in your chosen direction.

We are still meeting on Tuesday mornings in Millbridge. We have a preference for face to face meeting but if circumstances call for it are happy to have zoom meetings and hybrid meetings. Although we aim to meet every week I should warn you that my commitments as u3a Trustee for the South West means that some weeks we have to cancel.
