In 2019 the Plymouth u3a committee changed the way that our administration is handled. We have adopted a standard u3a ‘Beacon Members Portal’.

What this means to members is that they have the option to:

  • Renew their membership on-line, when it becomes due¹;
  • Edit/update their own personal details that we hold, as and when changes are required;
  • Can readily view information on Groups and access an up-to-date Calendar.

To access this system just select the ‘Members Portal’ option from the drop down menu from ‘Member Admin’ in the top menu bar.

This system also means that new members have the option to join on-line.

¹Please note: Anyone who still prefers to join the u3a, renew membership or change their contact details via the membership secretary still remains in place.
